AZLCV Political Action Committee
The League’s advocacy and educational projects can only push our legislature and other Arizona elected officials so far. We know
that many of our elected officials will never accept the fact that environmental issues must be confronted head on and that
action must be taken to address climate change, secure open spaces and wilderness, clean up our air and water and protect
Arizona’s natural heritage for generations to come.
That is where our political action committee comes in. When the AZLCV endorses candidates, our PAC takes those endorsements and
converts them into direct political action. Our PAC contributes to candidates in the name of our membership and environmental
supporters statewide, and executes independent expenditure campaigns, advocating for the election of environmentally responsible
candidates.
